1. Overview of Services

Senpai Design Solutions provides digital design, branding, social media graphics, UI/UX design, motion graphics, and other creative services as outlined on our website and in individual project proposals.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to engage our services. By using our website or hiring us, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

3. Payment Terms

100% advance payment is required before any project commences unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept payments via specified bank transfers, mobile financial services (MFS), or designated payment gateways.

4. Project Scope and Delivery

The scope of each project will be clearly defined in a proposal or agreement. Delivery timelines are estimates and commence only after the full advance payment has been received and all necessary project details/assets have been provided by the client.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing timely feedback, necessary brand assets, text content, and clear communication to ensure project deadlines are met. Delays on the client's end will result in extended delivery timelines.

6. Revisions and Modifications

Projects include a specific number of revision rounds as defined in the chosen pricing package. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately at an hourly or fixed rate.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, the final designs and deliverables become the property of the client. However, Senpai Design Solutions retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the custom nature of our creative services, payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project is cancelled by the client before any work has started, a refund may be issued minus processing fees.

9. Limitation of Liability

Senpai Design Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from the use of our services or deliverables.

10. Third-Party Tools and Integrations

We may use third-party tools, platforms, or assets (e.g., fonts, stock images). The client is responsible for adhering to the licensing terms of any third-party elements integrated into the final deliverables.

11. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and business secrets. Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the project.

12. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services or refuse to work with any client who exhibits abusive behavior, fails to communicate, or violates these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, no refund will be provided for work already completed.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
